Trophy Pipeline LLC recently revealed plans to expand the reach of its crude oil pipeline located in New Mexico’s Lea County within the Permian Basin.
In a release from Aug. 26, the company said it intends to conduct an open season for the pipeline, known as its Texas Expansion project, which will connect to the Trophy Pipeline, an existing FERC regulated, crude oil pipeline in the Permian Basin.
Trophy, operated by an affiliate of Ameredev II LLC, is proposing to construct the approximately three-mile-long pipeline from a new origin located in Winkler County, Texas to its existing pipeline located in Lea County.
The open season aims to obtain long-term acreage dedications for the Texas Expansion project, which is expected to be placed into service on or around Oct. 1.
