Battalion Oil Corp. announced on Feb. 8 it received a notice from NYSE American LLC that Battalion is now in compliance with its continued listing standards due to the company holding its 2023 Annual Meeting on Feb. 7.
Battalion received a notice on Jan. 5 from the NYSE that it was not in compliance with its continued listing standards after failing to hold an annual meeting of stockholders during the fiscal year ending Dec. 31.
