Bill Berilgen has resigned as chairman, president and chief executive of Rosetta Resources, Houston (Nasdaq: ROSE). Charles Chambers has been named president and CEO and will manage the company with chief financial officer Michael J. Rosinski during the interim period. Chambers is executive vice president. Henry Houston has been named chairman. He is chair of the audit committee and will lead the search for a permanent CEO. Chambers says, "Rosetta possesses a top-tier asset base, talented employees and a strong balance sheet and will continue to thrive during this transition period. We wish Bill well and thank him for his contributions."
