Berry Petroleum Co., Bakersfield, Calif., (NYSE: BRY) plans to sell its noncore West Montalvo assets near Ventura, Calif., to an undisclosed buyer for approximately $63 million. Production is approximately 700 barrels of oil equivalent. Reserves are 7 million barrels equivalent.
