Boaz Energy II LLC and its affiliate Boaz Energy II Royalty LLC has completed the sale of PermRock Royalty Trust’s underlying oil and gas properties to T2S Permian Acquisition II LLC, PermRock said March 31. The sale was announced in January.
The assets include 31,354 gross (22,394 net) acres across four operating areas in the Permian Basin—Clearfork, Abo, Shelf and Platform, according to a March 28 10-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Boaz Energy, which had been the owner-operator of the properties, intends to help facilitate the transfer of operations to T2S, PermRock said.
Natural gas from the properties is sold to third-party purchasers. In 2024, Boaz Energy sold natural gas to Phillips 66, Plains All American Pipeline, Energy Transfer Partners and Enterprise Crude Oil LLC, among others.
