BP Plc, London, (NYSE: BP) plans to acquire all the Pakistan interests of Occidental Petroleum Corp., Los Angeles, (NYSE: OXY) for an undisclosed price. Occidental's assets are in the Badin Block in the Lower Indus Basin. Net production is approximately 3,800 barrels of oil and 73 million cubic feet of gas per day. Net proved reserves are approximately 3 million barrels and 68 billion cubic feet.
