BreitBurn Energy Partners LP, Los Angeles, (Nasdaq: BBEP) plans to acquire properties in the Permian Basin of West Texas from privately held Dallas-based Voyager Gas Corp. for approximately $29 million. The deal includes a 100% working interest (75% net revenue interest) in the Lazy JL Field. Net production is approximately 300 barrels of oil equivalent per day (98% oil). Proved reserves are approximately 2 million barrels equivalent.
