Oil and natural gas mineral interests owners, Black Stone Minerals’ board of directors declared a cash distribution of $0.48 per common unit for third quarter 2023, according to an Oct. 18 release.
The third quarter 2023 pricing maintains the distribution level of the second quarter. Distributions will be payable on Nov. 16 to unitholders of record on Nov. 9.
A conference call regarding details of third quarter 2023 results is scheduled for Oct. 31 at 9:00 a.m., according to the release.
