Carbon capture solutions company Capsol Technologies ASA plans to list on Euronext’s Oslo Børs, the main board of Norway’s stock exchange, the company said on May 28.
Following an equity offering of about $8 million in February 2024, the company is fully financed to deliver on its business model, including the launch of CapsolGT, a carbon capture technology solution for gas turbines.
Capsol is expected to begin trading on June 19.
