CF Industries Holdings Inc. announced its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share on its common stock, according to an Oct. 17 news release.
The dividend is payable on Nov. 30 to stockholders of record as of Nov. 15, the company said.
CF Industries will report its first nine months and 2023 third quarter results after the market close on Nov. 1, the company said, and will host a conference call to discuss results at 11 a.m. on Nov. 2.
