LNG producer Cheniere Energy’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.435 per common share, according to a Jan. 26 press release.
The dividend is payable on Feb. 23 to shareholders of record by Feb. 6.
Cheniere Energy’s MLP, Cheniere Energy Partners, declared a cash distribution of $1.035 per common unit, as stated in a Jan. 26 press release.
The cash distribution is comprised of a base amount equal to $0.775 and a variable amount equal to $0.26. These distributions are payable on Feb. 14 to unitholders on record by Feb. 7.
