Continental Resources Inc., Enid, Okla., (NYSE: CLR) has priced its initial public offering of 29.5 million shares at $15 each in a total deal valued at $442.5 million. Continental is selling 8.9 million shares and chairman, chief executive and principal shareholder Harold G. Hamm is selling 20.7 million shares. Hamm has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to acquire up to 4.4 million additional shares as overallotment.
