KNOT Offshore Partners appointed Derek Lowe CEO as a successor for outgoing CEO and CFO Gary Chapman, who is expected to depart the week of Sept. 11.
Derek Lowe, formerly of offshore service provider Telford Offshore, will serve in both CEO and CFO positions following Chapman’s departure.
Lowe was with Telford Offshore since its formation in 2018 as the group company secretary, providing consultancy services to its predecessor since 2015. From 2011 to 2015 he worked for the debt capital markets group of Pareto Securities and for the equity capital markets group of UBS from 1994 to 2010.
