Upstream
EQT
EQT Corp. (NYSE: EQT) declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.1575 per share, payable Dec. 2 to holders of record by Nov. 6.
Murphy Oil
Murphy Oil Corp. (NYSE: MUR) declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.30 per share, or $1.20 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend is payable Dec. 2 to stockholders of record by Nov. 18.
Riley Permian
Riley Exploration Permian Inc. (NYSE American: REPX) approved an increased dividend on its common stock of $0.38 per share.
This represents a 6% increase from the previous dividend of $0.36 per share distributed in the four quarters prior, Riley Permian said.
The dividend is payable Nov. 7 to stockholders of record by Oct. 24.
Midstream
Targa Resources
Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.75 per common share, or $3 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend will be payable Nov. 15 to holders of record by Oct. 31.
Enterprise Products Partners
Enterprise Products Partners LP (NYSE: EPD) announced a quarterly cash distribution of $0.525 per unit, or $2.10 per unit on an annualized basis.
The distribution will be payable Nov. 14 to common unitholders of record by Oct. 31.
This distribution represents a 5% increase over the distribution declared with respect to the third quarter of 2023.
Genesis Energy
Genesis Energy LP (NYSE: GEL) declared a quarterly cash distribution for Class A convertible preferred unit holders.
Each common unit holder will receive $0.165 per share, or $0.66 per share on an annualized basis.
Each preferred unit holder will be paid a distribution of $0.95 per share, or $3.8 per share on an annualized basis.
Both distributions will be payable Nov. 14 to holders of record by Oct. 31.
USA Compression Partners
USA Compression Partners LP (NYSE: USAC) announced a cash distribution of $0.525 per common unit, or $2.10 per share on an annualized basis.
The dividend will be payable Nov. 1 to unitholders of record by Oct. 21.
Service and Supply
NW Natural Holding
Northwest Natural Holding Co. (NYSE: NWN) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.49 per share on its common stock.
The dividend will be payable Nov. 15 to shareholders of record by Oct. 31.
