Here is a selection of dividends declared in the week of July 15 for upstream, midstream and service and supply companies.
Upstream
Matador
Matador Resources Co. announced on July 18 that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.20 per share of common stock, payable on Sept. 5 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 15.
Peyto
Canadian E&P Peyto Exploration & Development Corp.’s confirmed on July 15 that its monthly dividend with respect to July 2024 will be paid out on Aug. 15.
Peyto will pay out CA$0.11 per common share to shareholders of record as of July 31.
Dorchester
Dorchester Minerals LP announced its second quarter 2024 cash distribution on July 18.
The company will pay approximately $0.70 per common unit. The distribution is for the period ended June 30 and is payable on Aug. 8 to common unitholders of record as of July 29.
Midstream
Global Partners
The board of directors of Global Partners LP’s general partner Global GP LLC declared a quarterly cash distribution on July 15.
The distribution is $0.59 per unit ($2.388 per unit on an annualized basis) on Global Partners’ 9.5% fixed-rate Series B preferred units from May 15 through Aug. 14.
The distribution will be paid on Aug. 15 to Series B preferred unitholders of record as of the opening of business on Aug. 1.
Martin Midstream
Martin Midstream Partners LP declared a quarterly cash distribution in its July 17 announcement of second-quarter 2024 earnings.
The distribution of $0.005 per unit for the quarter ended June 30 will be payable on Aug. 14 to common unitholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 7.
The ex-dividend rate for the cash distribution is Aug. 7.
ONEOK
ONEOK Inc.’s board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.99 per share, unchanged from first-quarter 2024.
Annualized, the dividend amounts to $3.96 per share. The dividend is payable Aug. 14 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 1.
Service and Supply
Liberty Energy
Liberty Energy’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.07 per share of Class A common stock, to be paid on Sept. 20 to holders of record as of Sept. 6.
Liberty announced the dividend on July 16.
TGS
Energy data and intelligence company TGS ASA’s board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on July 17.
Equivalent to US$0.14 per share, the dividend will be NOK 1.51 per share in third-quarter 2024.
The dividend will be paid out on Aug. 8 and has a record date of July 26.
