The Supreme Court ruling in July is that most of the eastern half of Oklahoma falls under Native American rule. The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma, which was created from the merger of the state’s two leading industry associations, is working with state and Five Tribes officials on land rules going forward. Here’s an update.
