Endeavour Energy UK Ltd., a subsidiary of Endeavour International Corp., Houston, (Amex: END) plans to purchase Talisman Expro Ltd. from Talisman Energy Inc., Calgary, (NYSE: TLM) for US$414 million. Talisman Expro's assets include four producing areas in the Central U.K. North Sea with net production of approximately 9,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day and estimated proven and probable reserves of 18 million barrels of oil equivalent.
