Houston-based Energy Capital Vietnam (ECV), a project development and holding company has appointed retired Army Lt. Gen. Michael D. Barbero to the organization’s advisory board.
ECV was established as a platform for direct investment into energy and infrastructure within Vietnam.

Barbero joins former U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam Ted Osius and retired Adm. Samuel J. Lockhart III on the advisory board.
