Joseph Vidal has resigned as chairman of Enterra Energy Trust, Calgary, (Toronto: ENT-UN; NYSE: ENT) following meetings focused on decisions relating to the strategic direction of the trust. Keith Conrad plans to retire as president and chief executive in 2008. Amar Pandila has resigned from the board.
