Enterra Energy Trust, Calgary, (Toronto: ENT-UN; NYSE: ENT) has closed its acquisition of privately held Calgary-based Trigger Resources Ltd. for approximately C$63.2 million in cash. The company has approximately 62,000 net undeveloped acres in western Saskatchewan. Production is 1,400 barrels of oil and 6 million cubic feet of gas, or approximately 2,400 barrels of oil equivalent, per day. Proved reserves are 2.9 million barrels equivalent and proved and probable reserves are 4.7 million barrels.
