Permian Basin E&P EON Resources Inc., formerly known as HNR Acquisition Corp., has postponed its 2024 annual stockholders meeting to 2:30 p.m. ET on Dec. 10, the company announced Nov. 22.
EON said it anticipates not having a sufficient number of shares of its common stock represented by proxy at the meeting, initially set for Nov. 25.
However, the majority of the votes currently received are in favor of all proposals, EON said.
Nov. 7 will remain the record date for determining stockholders eligible to vote at the meeting. The company encourages all stockholders who have not yet voted to do so before Dec. 9.
