Texas-based LNG company Excelerate Energy Inc. announced Feb. 23 a quarterly cash dividend, with respect to the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2023, of $.025 per share of Class A common stock.
The dividend is payable March 28 to Class A common stockholders of record by March 13.
Excelerate Energy Ltd. Partnership, Excelerate Energy’s subsidiary, will also make a corresponding distribution of $.025 per interest to holders of its Class B limited partnership interests on the same date of the dividend payment.
