Excelerate Energy Inc.’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share of Class A common stock, according to an August 4 press release. The dividend is payable on Sept. 7 as of the close of business on Aug. 23.
On the date of dividend payment, Excelerate Energy LP—the company’s operating subsidiary—will make a corresponding distribution of $0.025 per interest to holders of its Class B limited partnership interests. The declaration, timing, amount and payment of future dividends is at the discretion of Excelerate’s board of directors.
