U.S.-based LNG company Excelerate Energy Inc.’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share of Class A common stock, with respect to the quarter ended Sept. 30, in a Nov. 7 press release.
The dividend is payable on Dec. 13 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 28.
Excelerate Energy LP, the company’s operating subsidiary, will make a corresponding distribution of $0.025 per interest to holders of its Class B limited partnership interests, also on Dec. 13.
