Philip Berry, vice president of transactions and deputy general counsel for EnerVest Ltd., is today’s Forty Under 40 featured honoree.
At EnerVest, Philip oversees the legal aspects of the Houston-based E&P’s transactions and A&D activity as well as assists with the general counsel on strategic legal initiatives. Notably, he served as the lead negotiator on EnerVest’s recent $2.6 billion transaction with TPG Pace-Magnolia Oil and Gas.
