
The Permian bottlenecks. Yes, still a problem. But at least one Permian operator told us in an interview in Midland, Texas, things might not be as bad as they seem. Fortuna Resources CEO Aaron Davis said his company is getting oil out of the Permian just fine and that the bottleneck issue will most likely be resolved quicker than predictions say.
