Water treatment servicer Headwater Companies LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Franklin Electric Co. Inc., acquired substantially all of LCA Pump’s assets on Dec. 31, according to a Jan. 2 press release.
LCA Pump is the operator of Water Works Pump, a Missouri-based professional groundwater distributor. It will now serve as a branch of Headwater Wholesale, a subsidiary of Headwater Companies, a collection of distributors focused on groundwater, wastewater, water treatment and other products and services in the water equipment market.
