Canadian-based helium exploration company Helium Evolution Inc. intends to drill a joint well with its farm-in partner, North American Helium Inc., in accordance with its farm-out agreement announced on Oct. 21, 2022, the company announced in an Oct. 13 news release.
Helium Evolution confirmed participation in the drilling of the second well, Joint Well #2, at its 20% working interest, which will cost the company approximately $400,000 net, according to the release.
The well is expected to spud by November 2023 and will be located at 9-18-3-8W3M.
