HighPeak Energy Inc.’s board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share of common stock outstanding, the company announced in a July 24 press release.

The dividend will be payable on Aug. 25 to shareholders of record by the end of business on Aug. 8.
HighPeak Energy is an independent E&P based in Fort Worth, Texas. It is primarily focused on activities in the Midland Basin.
