Holly Energy Partners LP’s board of directors declared a cash distribution amounting to $0.35 per unit for second quarter 2023, the company said in a July 20 statement.
The cash distribution will be payable on Aug. 11 to stockholders of record as of July 31. In addition to the distribution, the company said it plans to announce second quarter financial results Aug. 3 at 8:30 a.m. ET. The results will also be announced via webcast.
Holly Energy Partners LP is a petroleum and crude oil company based in Dallas, Texas.
