Canada’s GCT Global Container Terminals Inc. has appointed Jane O’Hagan to its board as an independent director and chair of the company’s human resources committee, it said in an Aug. 14 press release.
The appointment is effective Aug. 1. O’Hagan has held other industry positions, including executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. (CP Rail). O’Hagan held other roles at CP Rail, including senior vice president of strategy and yield, vice president of strategy and external affairs and assistant vice president of strategy and research.
O’Hagan has also served on the board for various companies, including Descartes Systems Group, USD Partners GP LCC and Pinnacle Renewable Energy.
