Devon Energy’s Thistle pilot tested 400-ft vertical spacing between Leonard B and C, with 30-day IPs averaging 1,800 boe/d, 75% light oil, from 7,000-ft laterals. This successful test adds 950 gross locations to its inventory. Devon may ramp up to as many as 10 rigs in the Delaware Basin by year-end.
