Contract compression provider Kodiak Gas Services’ board of directors declared a $0.38 per share cash dividend of common stock, or $1.52 per share of common stock annually for fourth quarter 2023, the company announced Jan. 29.
The dividend will be paid on Feb. 23 to all stockholders of record by Feb. 16.
