Laredo Oil subsidiary Hell Creek Crude LLC began drilling the Reddig 11-21 well in the Midfork Field in Valley County, Montana, according to a June 27 press release.
The well is the first of three production wells planned to be drilled and operated by Hell Creek in Midfork.

Laredo expects the well to be production-ready by late July, said Mark See, chairman and CEO of the company.
Once drilling is complete, the rig will be moved to the Lustre field where Texakoma Exploration and Production LLC will use the rig to complete the third of 10 wells in its drilling program.
“We continue to coordinate with them for drill rig scheduling, vendors, materials and mobilization to achieve lower drilling costs,” See said.
