Legacy Reserves LP, Midland, Texas, (Nasdaq: LGCY) plans to acquire certain producing properties in the Texas Panhandle from undisclosed private parties for $60.5 million in cash. The assets include 263 producing wells, all operated. Net production is 606 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Proved reserves are 3.95 million barrels equivalent (100% proved developed producing).
