Brazos River Exploration is offering for sale operated properties located in the Fort Worth Basin. The company has retained TenOaks Energy Advisors as its exclusive adviser in connection with the transaction.

- Blocky operated leasehold with high ownership interests in the Fort Worth Basin
- Net Production: ~700 boe/d across 21 producers (54% oil)
- Next 12-month Cash Flow: $12 million
- PDP PV-10: $29 million
- Upside features two turnkey DUCs, new drills, refracsand additional operational projects
- DUC PV15: $8 million (<1 year payout)
- PUD PV20: $12 million (F&D of $14 / boe)
- Primary Formation: Caddo
Bids are due at noon CST on Sept. 20. The transaction has an effective date of July 1.
