Earthstone Energy retained Opportune Partners LLC for the sale of certain oil and gas assets in the Eagle Ford in Karnes and Gonzales counties, TX. The assets have a total of eight locations targeting the Lower Eagle Ford (3) and Austin Chalk (5).
