Goldenkey Oil ("Goldenkey") is offering for sale all of its oil and natural gas interests located in the Willesden Green, Belloy, and Nipisi areas, in addition to smaller interests in the Matziwin, Manir and Smoky areas of Alberta. This lot includes an estimated average daily production of 62 barrels per day (bbl/d) and 184 Mcf/d of natural gas (92 boe/d), as well as a potential income of $88,900 per month, or $1.1 million annualized. The asset value as of March 4, 2023 was $1.7 million. Goldenkey Oil has retained Sayer Energy Advisors as its exclusive advisor relating to the transaction. PwC Inc., LIT is the trustee of Goldenkey Oil.
