McCamey Farm & Land LP retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain royalty properties located in the Permian Basin.
Key Considerations:
- 1,882 net royalty acres located in six DSUs in Reeves, Ward and Howard counties
- Next 12-month Net Cash Flow: $6.7 million (70% PDP / 30% Permit)
- Significant near-term development from five active permits (Net revenue interest: 7.03%)
- Each DSU has substantial future development potential
- 97 locations modeled targeting the Middle and Lower Spraberry, 3rd Bone Spring, Wolfcamp A and Wolfcamp B
- DSUs operated by blue-chip operators: Occidental Petroleum Corp., Callon Petroleum Co., EOG Resources Inc., Coterra Energy Inc. and Pioneer Natural Resources Co.
- Seller will entertain offers on a tract-by-tract basis
Bids are due July 26. The transaction is expected to have an effective date of Aug. 1.
