North One Energy LP has retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain operated, nonoperated, overriding royalty interest (ORRI) and saltwater disposal (SWD) properties located in the Permian Basin.
Highlights:
- Position focused along the Culberson / Reeves County, Texas border
- Producing Formations: Upper and Lower Cherry Canyon
- NO DEEP RIGHTS AVAILABLE
- Projected April 2022 net production: 109 bbl/d of oil | 137 Mcf/d of gas
- 44 operated vertical wells
- Projected next 12-month PDP net cash flow: $2.4 MM
- Total PDP PV-10: $5.7 million (70% operated)
- Two commercial SWDs with 17,000 bbl/d of water available capacity (PV-10: $7.7 million)
North One will accept non-conforming offers for the SWD wells, according to RedOaks.
