White Oak Resources IV LLC retained RedOaks Energy Advisors as the exclusive adviser in connection with the sale of certain properties located in South Texas.
The offering comprises a diversified position with operational control of high-quality, conventional gas properties across prolific regions plus low-decline stable production and a proven inventory of upside opportunities. Primary fields include including the South Callaghan Ranch, La Reforma, Mission Valley, Lopez Southeast and Nabors-El Benadito.

- Counties: Webb, Duval, Goliad, Victoria, Starr and Hidalgo
- 188 producing wells
- Projected January 2022 net production: 4.8 MMcfe/d (74% gas)
