Matador Resources Co.’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock, announced on April 18.
The dividend will be paid out on June 1 to shareholders on record as of May 11.
Matador is an independent energy company with a focus on operations in oil and natural gas shale and unconventional plays primarily in the Delaware Basin, but also in the Eagle Ford shale play and the Haynesville shale.
