Worley has appointed Chris Ashton its new CEO and managing director, following the retirement of Andrew Wood.
Earthstone Energy Inc.’s current chairman and CEO Frank A. Lodzinski will be appointed executive chairman, and current president Robert J. Anderson will be appointed CEO and president, effective April 1.
Applied Petroleum Technology has appointed Helge Nyrønning CEO.
Chad L. Stephens has been named CEO of Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc.
William R. Thomas has been named president of VAALCO Energy Inc. Thomas will continue serving as a nonexecutive director.
Stratagraph has appointed William A. Hagan president and CEO.
Talos Energy Inc. has appointed Robert “Bob” Abendschein as executive vice president and head of operations, succeeding Stephen E. Heitzman, who served as COO and executive vice president.
Brian Gilvary, CFO of BP, has decided to retire from the company and step down from the BP board, effective June 30. He will be succeeded by Murray Auchincloss, who is currently CFO of BP’s upstream segment. Auchincloss will assume the role of CFO and join the board, effective July 1.
Oilfield Water Logistics has appointed Price Moncrief CFO.
Eaton has selected Aravind Yarlagadda as executive vice president and chief digital officer and April Miller Boise as executive vice president and general counsel.
Amy Holmes has been named vice president and general counsel of Express Energy Services.
Sparrows Group has welcomed Dave Morrow as regional director to oversee operations in the Middle East, India and Caspian.
The Oil and Gas Authority has appointed Pauline Innes head of decommissioning. Additionally, the company promoted Alistair Macfarlane to area manager and Scott Robertson to director of operations.
AqualisBraemar has appointed Allan Kelly to lead the group’s adjusting division in Europe and West Africa, and Dirk Jol has been selected to head the group’s adjusting division in the Middle East and India.
Total has appointed Alexis Vovk president of marketing and services and a Total executive committee member, succeeding Momar Nguer.
Malin Group has named Alan Hunter business development manager.
API has appointed Phillips 66 Chairman and CEO Greg Garland as chairman of API’s board of directors.

Xylem, a global water technology company, has launched a new multidisciplinary center for water, wastewater and energy technologies at the company’s regional headquarters in Singapore.
Halcón Resources Corp. has changed its name to Battalion Oil Corp.
TechnipFMC has reaffirmed that its planned transaction to separate into two companies, TechnipFMC and Technip Energies, is well on track for completion in the first half of 2020.
Callon Petroleum Co. and Carrizo completed their merger Dec. 20, 2019.
Stress Engineering Services has acquired Laserstream, a technical service company specializing in laser mapping of tubular assets.
PDC Energy has acquired SRC Energy.
GeoPark Ltd. has acquired Amerisur Resources Plc. for a total cash consideration of approximately $314 million.
Cona Resources Ltd., a portfolio company of Waterous Energy Fund, has acquired Pengrowth Energy Corp. for approximately $567 million.
