Steve W. Herod has been appointed CEO of Grizzly Energy LLC, formerly Vanguard Natural Resources.
Julie J. Robertson will resign as Noble Corp. Plc’s president and CEO and will take on the newly created role of executive chairman of the board of directors at the close of the company’s next annual general meeting of shareholders. Robert W. Eifler, who currently serves as senior vice president of commercial, will become president and CEO.
Mark Papa will retire as chairman and CEO of Centennial Resource Development Inc. on May 31. Following his retirement, the company’s board has decided to separate the roles of chairman and CEO. Sean R. Smith, the company’s vice president and COO, has been promoted to CEO, effective June 1. Smith also is expected to be appointed to the Centennial board.
Larry D. Pinkston has retired as CEO and president of Unit Corp. He will be succeeded by David T. Merrill. Pinkston will continue serving on the company’s board of directors.
TWMA has appointed Halle Aslaksen CEO.
Fredrik Amundsen has been named CFO of TGS.
William R. Thomas has been selected as president of VAALCO Energy Inc., and he will continue serving as a nonexecutive director.
Tulsa Winch Group, a Dover company, has appointed Arjun Mirdha president.
Nick Bigney has been named senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Flotek Industries Inc.
CAM Integrated Solutions has promoted Israel Martinez to senior vice president of business operations and Jason Newton to vice president of engineering operations.
Tendeka has appointed Jim McGowin vice president for North and South America. Additionally, Renato Barbedo has been named business development manager for South America.
Unique Group has named Chris Forde regional vice president of Asia-Pacific.
Oxford Flow has appointed Andy Ghiz vice president of the Americas.
MGB Oilfield Solutions has named Barry Ekstrand vice president of strategy and commercialization.
Greg Bock has been promoted to vice president/general manager of Anue Water Technologies.

Atwell has welcomed Bruce Napier as director of operations for oil and gas.
Darren Rendall has been appointed technical director of First Marine Solutions, and Marc Petty has joined as marine manager.
ASCO has appointed Peter Hollister group head of fuels and lubricants, and Chris Lloyd has been named group head of waste and decommissioning.
ICR Integrity has named Johan Tønsberg general manager of Norway.
Vacuworx has promoted Paul Raines to regional service manager.
TrendMiner has appointed John O’Connell global partner manager.
Stephen Littleton has been selected as Exxon Mobil Corp.’s vice president of investor relations and corporate secretary. Neil Hansen, who currently serves as vice president of investor relations and corporate secretary, will assume the role of vice president of fuels for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Schlumberger has appointed Victoria Morales public relations specialist. Lisa Ann Hofmann has transitioned to a new position as communications manager for Schlumberger’s North America business, supporting both land and offshore activities.
AqualisBraemar has promoted John MacAskill to the newly created position of group marketing director.
Jon Snyder has been named the customer engagement manager of OspreyData.
Stuart Black has been appointed director of Well-SENSE.
Gazprom’s board of directors has elected Mikhail Rosseev as a member of the Gazprom Management Committee for a five-year term.

AWC Frac Valves Inc. has rebranded as AWC Frac Technology.
Schlumberger has opened a manufacturing center in King Salman Energy Park in Dammam. The center, which supports Saudi Aramco’s In-Kingdom Total Value Add program to promote economic growth, will manufacture well completions technologies, including liner hangers and packers and isolation valve technologies.
Enverus has acquired RS Energy Group.
Hunting PLC has acquired Enpro Subsea and its subsidiaries in Norway, the U.S. and Ghana.
International Petroleum Corp. has completed its previously annouced acquisition of Granite Oil Corp.
mCloud Technologies has acquired AirFusion, a provider of artificialintelligence- based drone inspection of wind turbines and other energy facilities.
