Mustang Extreme Environmental Services acquired Aria Rose Oilfield Solutions, which Mustang said July 8 will add a range of water treatment services to the company’s portfolio.
Based within the Permian Basin in Midland, Texas, Aria Rose provides in situ and “on-the-fly” water treatment services for in-ground and above-ground water storage and treatment facilities. The company’s systems were designed specifically for oil produced and reuse applications and have been used extensively in multiple oil basins.
In a statement, Jay Minmier, CEO of Mustang Extreme, said: “We are excited to add Aria Rose to our portfolio of services and will be introducing their products and services throughout our nationwide client base.”
The terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
Mustang Extreme is a portfolio company of Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. The company formed in 2018 through the merger of Extreme Plastics Plus and Mustang Energy Services. Its services currently include environmental liner systems and installations, above ground storage tanks, HDPE pipeline installation, composite mats and secondary containment systems.
“Joining Mustang Extreme brings best-in-class technology and processes to Aria Rose and allows us to capitalize on their broad geographic footprint and highly talented team,” Chad Lavender, CEO and president of Aria Rose, said in a statement.
