Oceaneering International, Inc. announced the promotion of Catherine E. Dunn to vice president and chief accounting officer (CAO), effective Dec. 1, according to a Nov. 17 press release.
“Her extensive financial and accounting experience and in-depth understanding of Oceaneering make her an ideal fit to excel in the role of CAO,” Alan R. Curtis, senior vice president and CFO of Oceaneering, said in the press release.
Dunn joined Oceaneering in 2002 and served as Corporate Controller since January 2012. Prior to joining Oceaneering, Dunn was with accounting firm Arthur Anderson and is a certified public accountant, according to the release.
