More than 25% of U.S. Gulf of Mexico oil and 13% of natural gas output remained offline in the aftermath of post-tropical cyclone Rafael, the U.S. offshore energy regulator reported on Nov. 11.
There were 449,541 bbl of oil and 243 MMcf of natural gas production shut-in on Nov. 11, offshore regulator Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement reported.
