Parker Hannifin, Cleveland, (NYSE: PH) has acquired Cabett Subsea Products Inc., Houston, for an undisclosed price. Cabett Subsea designs and manufacturers fluid-handling systems and services used in deepwater E&P. The company produces steel tube hydraulic and electro-hydraulic umbilicals at its manufacturing plant in Freeport, Texas. Cabett Subsea will be integrated into Parker's worldwide Fluid Connectors Group.
