Phillips 66’s subsidiary called a binding open season on June 7 for its Blue Line System, an NGL network that provides services from Wichita, Kansas, to Jefferson City, Missouri and East St. Louis, Illinois.

The subsidiary, Phillips 66 Pipeline, will end the open season at 5 p.m. on July 6.

Producers will be able to secure long-term transportation for LPG, specifically propane and butane.

Tariff information on the system is available on Phillips’ website and filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Phillips 66 said in a press release that the transportation services are expected to be available during the winter season, October through March, by fourth quarter 2024.
