Pinnacle West Capital Corp.’s board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.88 per share of common stock, the energy holding company announced in a June 19 press release.
The dividend is payable on Sept. 3 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 1.
Based in Phoenix, Pinnacle West Capital holds approximately $25 billion in consolidated assets and about 6,500 megawatts of generating capacity.
